Introducing Emerald, our largest and most luxurious caravan yet all located on only the most desirable front row seaside view locations at Woolacombe Bay and Twitchen House. You've the highest quality furniture and fittings, a super social living space leading onto a deck with gas barbecue and its sunset-facing view. Plus the main bedroom comes with an en-suite shower room and there's TVs in the kids' bedrooms. Oh yeah, some are even dog friendly too!
More flexibility for a little extra
Add low cost Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover when you book for more flexibility if you need to amend your booking later on, be eligible for refunds if your plans change and you'll get our 'No Quibble Refund Guarantee'. It means if you change your mind after you book, you can cancel up to 8 weeks before you stay and we'll refund all you've paid less the standard deposit and protection cover premium... whatever the reason, no questions asked!
And if you prefer a different break, you can transfer all you've paid to a new holiday up to 14 days before your original arrival date. It's free when you change online just pay any increase in price, if it’s a cheaper holiday you’ll get a refund of the difference.

Discounts apply to the accommodation element only and vary by Park, date, duration and accommodation type. Where any applicable offer is applied this must be at the time of booking as we cannot apply these offers retrospectively if you do not claim the offer before your booking is confirmed. These offers do not apply to Camping & Touring holidays. We reserve the right to withdraw offers on certain Parks, dates and accommodation types at any time.
Low deposit per week or short break is £40 per self-catering Holiday Home accommodation payable at the time of booking if optional but strongly recommended Holiday Safeguard Scheme scheme is added to your booking the cost for this added to your initial deposit.
Free amendments means no amendment fee applies to changing your accommodation, holiday dates or length of stay on all bookings when modifying your booking online yourself in My Account, a minimum fee of £30 per change applies to amendments you make by telephone - if you select a lower priced break we will refund the difference in the same way you made the original payment, if you select a higher priced break you will need to pay the difference.
Holiday Safeguard Scheme is optional but strongly recommended at £40 for 7 night self-catering holidays and £25 for self-catering holidays of up to 4 nights; must be added to your booking and paid with your additional deposit and cannot be added at a later date, click here for full terms and conditions. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival where our Holiday Safeguard Scheme is purchased are covered depending on when you cancel and the reason for this, proof of reason of cancellation will be required. Amendments are subject to availability, within 2 to 8 weeks of arrival booking changes are possible only when our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover has been taken. If you chose not to take out our Holiday Safeguard Scheme at the time of booking you will you be liable for the full cost of the holiday with NO refund given on any monies paid should you cancel or amend your holiday regardless of the reason.
Self-catering offers: all from prices are based on a family of up to 4 sharing a Bronze 2-bedroom self catering Holiday Home at the lowest priced Park and date in each date range shown after discounts have been applied and includes £10 online discount.
