Discounts apply to the accommodation or pitch element only and vary by Park, date, duration and accommodation type. Where any applicable offer is applied this must be at the time of booking as we cannot apply these offers retrospectively if you do not claim the offer before your booking is confirmed. We reserve the right to withdraw offers on certain Parks, dates and accommodation types at any time.
Self-catering offers: all from prices are based on a family of up to 4 sharing the lowest priced 2-bedroom self catering Holiday Home at the lowest priced Park and date in each date range shown after the best available discount has been applied and includes £10 online discount.
Camping & Touring offers: all from prices are based on a family of up to 6 sharing the lowest priced Basic grass camping pitch in each date range shown; cheapest night(s) free, applies to certain pitch types and/or Parks may be excluded on bank holiday weekends and other selected dates.
Low deposit per week or short break is £40 per self-catering Holiday Home accommodation or £5 per pitch per night for Camping & Touring payable at the time of booking applies to holidays booked more than 8 weeks prior to arrival (sooner if the accommodation has a hot tub, please check when booking) or by the date shown when you book for some special offer bookings, otherwise the full amount must be paid at the time of booking; if optional but strongly recommended Holiday Safeguard Scheme scheme is added to your booking the cost for this added to your initial deposit.
Free amendments means no amendment fee applies to changing your accommodation, holiday dates or length of stay on all bookings when modifying your booking online yourself in My Account, a minimum fee of £30 per change applies to amendments you make by telephone - if you select a lower priced break we will refund the difference in the same way you made the original payment, if you select a higher priced break you will need to pay the difference. Free amendments do not include cancellation.
Holiday Safeguard Scheme is optional but strongly recommended at £40 for 7 night self-catering holidays and £25 for self-catering holidays of up to 4 nights or £1.50 per night for Camping & Touring pitches; must be added to your booking and paid with your additional deposit and cannot be added at a later date, click here for full terms and conditions. Cancellations within 8 weeks of arrival where our Holiday Safeguard Scheme is purchased are covered depending on when you cancel and the reason for this, proof of reason of cancellation will be required. Amendments are subject to availability, within 2 to 8 weeks of arrival booking changes are possible only when our Holiday Safeguard Scheme cover has been taken. If you chose not to take out our Holiday Safeguard Scheme at the time of booking you will you be liable for the full cost of the holiday with NO refund given on any monies paid should you cancel or amend your holiday regardless of the reason.
