What's new for 2025
£3 million boost for Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks
New accommodation
Demand for luxury caravan holidays has risen by 77% in the past five years and now Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks plan to cater for this fast-growing market with the launch of Emerald caravans, just part of a £3 million investment in 2025, following a similar input this year.
The new caravans, located in prime spots with stunning views, will offer at least 15% more living space and feature fully-furnished interiors, high-quality kitchens with dishwashers, spacious living areas with large TVs and DVD players, and private decking with outdoor furniture and gas barbecues. Further exceeding guest expectations there is an en-suite shower room to the spacious master bedroom and full-size tub in the family bathroom, both rarities for caravans.
The Emerald caravans will include a number of designated caravans adding to Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks’ growing number of pet-friendly accommodations, again reflecting a trend for families to take their pets away with them, which has increased by 72% in the past five years.
Guests can now find dog-friendly areas in all-day café bars, pet packs and a Woof Park play area for pets, opened this year (2024) at Woolacombe Bay.
New activities and facilities
Next year (2025) will also see the launch of the Wavesurfer simulator at Twitchen House Holiday Park, perfect for thrill-seekers and those after a taste of adventure and ideal for practising before hitting the surf on Woolacombe beach.
Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks have also been investing in new 'green' technology. Over at Twitchen House, guests will be able to make a ‘splash’ in a brand new energy efficient outdoor pool and fun-filled splash pad. They can also make the most of the all-day cafe bar, newly extended as part of the overall scheme and catering to an increase in families looking to treat themselves to a meal out with quality ingredients at affordable prices.
Woolacombe Bay Holiday Parks offer something for everyone with access to the upgraded facilities across all of their three sites, from relaxing spas to indoor and outdoor swimming, plus water activities like Aqua Inflatables, Aqua Paddlers, and Aqua Tots for preschoolers.
They are one of the leading operators of holiday parks within Devon and the UK, offering caravans, lodges and camping & touring pitches, and are passionate about reinvesting, so that the customer gets the best possible holiday at a reasonable price.
Next year (2025) the introduction of an new interest-free monthly instalment plan will make a stay more affordable and booking early will help save up to £300 - with holidays from just £99 for the whole family.
